Overview:
Ever tired of browsing deviantART and seeing the same things over and over? Do you find the popularity of certain types of deviations annoying? Here's a way to make it at least bearable.
Required:
One computer
One internet
One deviantART account
Set-up:
1) Ensure that the Mature Content Filter is set to 'off'
2) Navigate to the main page
3) Browse by Most Popular in the past 8 hours, with 24 deviations per page
How to play:
The premise of the game is to make it to page five without seeing specific types of deviations. If you manage to make it to page five, you win! If you are not sure what a picture is, you must click on it.
Here are the difficulty levels:
Easy mode: If you see any meme, deviantART-specific or otherwise, you lose.
Normal mode: If you see any female "artistic" nudes that should really be on a porn site instead, you lose.
Hard mode: If you see any female nudes, artistic or otherwise, you lose.
Rage mode: If you see female nudes or My Little Pony, you lose.
Super Rage mode: If you see female nudes, My Little Pony, Sonic, or cats/wolves, you lose.
Super Hardcore Ragetastic mode: If you see female nudes, My Little Pony, Sonic, cats/wolves/anthros, or anime fan art, you lose.
Alternate Rules:
Groups Bets
If you are with a group of friends, take bets for what page/deviation you will lose on. The game is played with "The Price is Right" rules; in other words, if you guess a fewer number of pages/deviations than it actually takes, you lose, regardless of how close you were to the losing deviation.
DeviantArt Drinking Game
If you and your friends are of legal drinking age in your country, you may involve alcohol. To play, select a difficulty level and start at page one. Every time you see a losing deviation, take a drink. Additionally, if you would like to assign different numbers of drinks for different deviation types, feel free. Here are some suggestions:
My Little Pony: 1 drink
Anime Fan Art: 1 drink
Sonic: 2 drinks
Cats: 2 drinks
Anthros 2 drinks
Artistic Nudes: 3 drinks
"Artistic" Nudes/Porn: 5 drinks
